1. What are the hours of operation?
Monday through Friday 9:00pm to 5:00pm (by appointment only.)
2. How should I call the Agency?
When prompted by the answering machine, leave a message with your name, contact number, and reason for calling. Do not hang up and call back. Please note that excessive calls ARE monitored.
Applying for Representation__________________________________________
1. How can I apply with the Agency?
Please go to the azizamodels.com website and click on the ‘Models Info’ link and follow the submission guidelines. All Talent will receive a response within 2 weeks of ‘New Talent’ Submission. Those we are interested in at this time will receive an interview/open call date and time. Contracts will only be provided after the Call Back/In-Person interviews.
2. Do you accept everyone that applies?
NO. We do not accept everyone that applies. While we would love to work with as much Talent as possible, it is not feasible to do so. We select Talent who we feel have either demonstrated their book ability through previous work or that have the potential to book consistent work.
3. Does it cost anything to join the Agency?
NO. There are no upfront costs to join the Agency.
However, different requirements are needed for marketing. For models over the age of 4, you should expect to spend a some money on photography and prints for your marketing materials (for models, marketing materials would be comp cards, for actors, and 8x10 color headshot with a resume on the back- For each audition or booking, you will take at least 1-2 copies of your current headshot or comp card). Furthermore, models may be required to prepare a models bag containing shoes and necessary items to complement a fashion related booking. Both models and actors also must be prepared to drive to auditions, which are non paid.
4. What do I need to apply as Talent?
All Talent (Dancers, Singers, Musicians, etc.):
· Provide or be prepared to perform a 1 minute recorded routine.
5. What do I need to apply as an Actor?
Experienced Actors (Principal, Supporting, Lead, Theatre)
· Provide or be prepared to record a 1 minute monologue
Contract Talk______________________________________________________
1. What is the Agency Commission?
The Agency Commission is 20% on all jobs that TALENT books through or because of Aziza Models & Talent Agency. In the event that client pays the TALENT directly, TALENT must then send the Agency Commission to Aziza Models & Talent Agency within ONE week of receiving payment.
2. Are your contracts exclusive?
Yes and No. We offer both exclusive and non-exclusive contracts.
If Aziza Models & Talent Agency signs Talent NON-EXCLUSIVELY, Talent is free to find work on their own AND sign and/or work with other Non-Exclusive Agencies to further their career. No Commission is taken on work that Talent finds on their own.
If Aziza Models & Talent Agency signs Talent EXCLUSIVELY, Talent is free to find work on their own, but can not sign with another Agency (exclusively or non-exclusively). No Commission is taken on work that Talent finds on their own.
3. What’s the length of a contract?
Contracts are for one to two year(s) and are automatically renewed annually until cancelled by the Agency or Talent.
4. What are the Contract Requirements for signed talent?
As an Aziza Models & Talent Agency Actor, Model, or Talent we require that the following be completed:
· Complete & Signed Contract
· One approved headshot and One approved full body shot
New Photo Submissions (yearly for adults, semi-annually for children under 16). *For the Aziza Models.com website we do not require that an annual fee be paid for the online advertisements. (Pictures which also includes; Stat’s-Name, Height, Hair Color, Eye color, Dress size, and measurements)
· Continuous Training
5. How can a contract be ended?
Contracts can be ended by Talent or by the Agency. See below for details.
· BY TALENT: After one year, simply mail a letter to the Agency stating that you would like to be released from your contract.
· BY THE AGENCY: A letter will be mailed to Talent releasing them from their contracts.
6. Why was my Contract ended?
GEORGIA IS A WORK-FOR-HIRE- STATE. Contracts can be ended at any time for any reason or no reason at all. General reasons why Contracts may be terminated by the Agency include:
· Non-compliance with Contractual Obligations ( photo shoot and training courses).
· NO call or NO shows on bookings.
· Rudeness or inappropriate behavior on set, towards agents, or on public social networking sites.
· Making a habit of calling the Agent’s personal phone numbers for Agency related questions.
Please always call the office line.
· Excessive calls and hang-ups with no messages.
· Failure to apply work opportunities over a 90 days period.

1. What types of jobs do you book?
We book the following types of work for our talent:

· Magazine/Editorial | Print Ads | Host | Fashion Shows | Mannequin Modeling | Portfolio Shoots | Catalog | Charity
· Conventions | Tradeshows | Conferences | In-Store | Live Events

2. Is training available or provided to Talent?
Yes. Training (free and low-cost) is provided to all actors, models, and talent. Individual and Group sessions with outside instructors and available at any time and are optional. Outside Classes include film and tv acting, vocal lessons, runway and posing techniques, etc.
3. Where can I find Agency castings?
Agency castings are sent via email.
4. Should I Call For Work?
NO. Do not call or email asking for additional work. All castings that fit your type will be emailed to you. Any additional castings will be sent by email.
5. Why can’t you submit me for everything?
The simple answer is that you don’t fit the requirements for EVERY casting or audition.
6. Am I employed with the Agency?
No. As an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR we offer your services (modeling, acting, talent) to our Clients for a set rate. You are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with payment for your services.
7. What is the Agency policy on accepting unpaid assignments?
The Agency rarely accepts unpaid assignments UNLESS they will be beneficial to our Talent. Unpaid assignments are accepted on a case by case basis and are usually reserved for New and In Development talent only.
Aziza Models and Talent Agency_________________________________
1. Can the Agency guarantee me work?
NO. The Agency has little to no control over how often work comes in and how often you will be chosen for the jobs that we do receive.
2. What is the Agency Booking, Model Look, & Training Guarantee to Clients?
Booking Guarantee
· Once a client submits a booking inquiry. Aziza Models & Talent Agency checks the availability of all talent who fit that specific needs of the client. Photos and resumes of available talent are then sent to the client for final selection.
Model Look Guarantee
· Clients are assured that all talent will arrive looking like their photos. Aziza Models & Talent Agency meets with all talent prior to contract signing and updated photos are required yearly for adults and bi-annually for children and teens.
Training Guarantee
· Clients are also assured that all talent have been trained and are receiving continuous training. Although, Aziza Models & Talent Agency is not a school, we do provide monthly sessions in acting and modeling techniques for all talent. This guarantees that our clients will receive above and beyond the level of service they expect.
